Lush Space Girl Bath Bomb Review

It was my birthday on Sunday, and I was very lucky to receive some gorgeous products from my close friends from LUSH! I have been a Lush fan for as long as I can remember, so I was delighted to open my prezzies and see some of my favourite products and some products that I haven't tried before. One product that I received and hadn't tried is the Space Girl bath bomb. It looks amazing and the reviews and description online made it sound pretty great too, so here's my thoughts on the product!

Space Girl Bath Bomb
The bomb itself is so pretty! It's a gorgeous lilac colour with hot pink/red glitter over it. It smells really fruity and girly, which is great for me as I much prefer fruity scents over floral.

As soon as I popped it into my bath, it got to work straight away. My bathwater turned into a mixture of two very vibrant colours shown on the photo above, and not just my bathroom but my bedroom also filled with the most gorgeous scent! On the Lush website, the scent is described as a 'sweet and fruity fragrance' which I 100% agree with. The website also said that the main ingredients of this bath bomb are grapefruit oil, bergamot oil and almond essential oil. All of these three ingredients have amazing qualities and it felt good knowing that the product was doing good for both my skin and hair, but also the bergamot oil was acting as aromatherapy too. Another key ingredient to keep in mind is popping candy! This is meant to act as 'space dust' and it definitely added a little extra to my bath, although I did wait until it had finished popping before I got in, haha!

Overall I would 100% recommend this product. I feel like it did good things to my skin, and it was also very fun and quite a good way to lift your mood! I will definitely be purchasing another one of these babies!

Thanks for reading guys! Ciao for now

Love Lettuce Face Mask by Lush

So I came across this face mask by complete accident whilst looking for a bath ballistic to treat myself with! The face masks in Lush all look so delicious but I was always put off by the short use by date on them as they're made with fresh ingredients. I have used 'Cupcake' before by Lush, but that didn't nearly compare to this new discovery!

First off, I'd like to mention that I am one of those people who will go up to the counter and ask for a free sample of a product that I was to try, but don't want to splash out on. Being a student, its's sort of given that I have to be careful with my weekly treats so I found that this is a good way to try products that you are interested in before you hand over the cash! I'm currently house sitting in Lincoln so I was in the Lincoln Lush store, and the lady that served me was such a doll, so helpful and friendly! And she practically gave me a free tub of the face mask as they had run out of the small sample tubs.

Love Lettuce Fresh Face Mask

This face mask is so so sooo brilliant. I used it two nights ago and I noticed a huge difference in my complexion in terms of clarity, brightening and removal of dead skin. I loved it that much that I used it again the night after (I know you're not really supposed to but I was actually amazed by what a difference it made during one application) and even my fiancee tried it and loved it.

The mask itself is a lovely bright green colour, with fine exfoliating beads in it, although I couldn't tell it was an exfoliate at first look as the beads are really fine and it looks so think and creamy in the tub. It has ingredients such as seaweed gel in it which is awesome for sensitive skin. It also says on the website that it smells like french lavender to balance the skin's sebum production, I did pick up on this but it just smells so fresh and clean and that is mainly what drew me to the product!

I haven't used it for a couple nights, but my skin still feels super soft and clean, as if I've had a facial. I think I'm going to fit this into my weekly treat skincare routine as after using it only a few times, I am absolutely hooked! I'm literally amazed by the fast results!!

Do you guys use any of the Lush fresh face masks? I'd like to know if there is any more that are as brilliant as this one!

Ciao for now! x.x.x

Product Review: Lush Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly Review

Hello guys! I've been a fan of Lush for so many years so I'm pretty familiar with their products. Their shower jellies have always been one of my fave products from Lush, but this one in particular is absolutely amazing!

Shower jellies sound like such a weird concept, but they're so cool. I was absolutely amazed when I first discovered them. This one called Sweetie Pie is absolutely gorgeous. It is a lovely purple colour with tiny bits of glitter in it, but that's not what made me fall in love with it. The scent is so gorgeous! It says that it has cherries and coconuts in it, but I couldn't really smell the coconuts. It just smells so lovely and sweet and it stays on your skin all day. I think I paid around £3.00 for my tub of it, which is a complete bargain as it has lasted well over a month with still about half of it left!

Even if you're not too keen on the jelly..go into your local Lush shop and just smell this. I'm positive you'll be buying it in seconds!
